The team of the Public Union “For the Social Welfare of Citizens” visited Dashkasan district once again as part of a project implemented with financial support from the State Support Agency for Non-Governmental Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Within the framework of the project *“Supporting the Resolution of Social Problems of Families of Martyrs and Veterans of the Karabakh and Patriotic Wars,”* families of those who were martyred in the First and Second Karabakh Wars from Dashkasan, as well as veterans, were visited. During the meetings, surveys were conducted regarding their social conditions, needs, and the challenges they face.
The results of these surveys are currently being compiled to prepare formal appeals to the relevant state institutions. At the same time, meetings with the appropriate authorities are being organized to discuss these issues. In this way, continuous efforts are being carried out within the framework of NGO–state cooperation to support the resolution of problems faced by individuals in this category.
