On the occasion of the 104th anniversary of Yerevan being handed over to the Armenians, a scientific-practical conference titled *“Yerevan Is the Historical Land of Azerbaijan”* was held, organized by the Yerevan Turkish Republic.
The event took place at the Youth Support Fund under the organization of the Yerevan Turkish Republic. The aim of the conference was to inform the international community about the fact that the city of Yerevan and its surrounding areas, historically inhabited by Azerbaijanis, were handed over to the Armenians in 1918, the atrocities committed by Armenians in these territories, and the deportation and genocide of Azerbaijanis in their ancestral lands.
The conference was attended by representatives of the Yerevan Turkish Republic, elders, scholars, historians, intellectuals, scientists, representatives of various organizations, and youth. As part of the event, a photo and book exhibition titled *“Yerevan Is the Historical Land of Azerbaijan”* was also displayed.
The event began with the playing of the State Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the memory of the martyrs was honored with a one-minute silence.
