With the support of the Binagadi District Executive Authority and jointly organized by the Binagadi District Youth and Sports Department, the “For the Social Welfare of Citizens” Public Union, and the “GÜVƏN” Charity and Friendship Society, a “Skillful Hands” competition was held at the Binagadi Youth House on December 3, in honor of International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The event was aimed at teenagers and young people with special needs.
The event was attended by Namig Tarverdiyev, Head of the Binagadi District Youth and Sports Department; Zeynal Rashidli, acting director of the “Binagadi Youth House” social service institution; Nigar Bayramli, Chairperson of the “GÜVƏN” Charity and Friendship Society; and Irada Rizazada, Chairperson of the “For the Social Welfare of Citizens” Public Union.
The event was opened with a welcoming speech by Namig Tarverdiyev, who spoke about the state care provided for people with disabilities, the facilities created for them, and the activities organized by the Binagadi District Youth and Sports Department.
