Azerbaijani NGOs Issue an Appeal to the World

Discussions regarding Western Azerbaijan were held in Warsaw. During the next session of the OSCE Human Dimension Conference, we highlighted, with factual evidence, the torture committed by Armenia against Azerbaijani soldiers. Simultaneously, we called upon human rights defenders and representatives of international non-governmental organizations to avoid one-sided and biased approaches when preparing reports on the subject.
