In recent days, the Supreme Commander, President Ilham Aliyev, has given interviews to several prestigious international media outlets, clarifying many issues and presenting the position of our state. One such interview was given to Spain’s EFE news agency on October 2. In this interview, our esteemed President stated that Azerbaijan, as the victorious party, is ready to determine the details of peace, engage in negotiations, and also begin working with Armenia on a future peace agreement. It should be noted that Azerbaijan has repeatedly declared its readiness to normalize relations with Armenia based on the principles of international law, particularly respecting state sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the inviolability of international borders.
