The Reconstruction Works Carried Out in Zangilan Reflect the Strength and Will of the State

The massive reconstruction works being carried out in the Zangilan district are a clear demonstration of Azerbaijan’s economic strength and political will. Rapidly implemented infrastructure projects in the liberated territories, the “Smart Village” concept, and the construction of an international airport signal the region’s promising future development.

As a result of these large-scale efforts, it can confidently be said that very soon, former internally displaced persons will be able to return to their native lands and enjoy high-standard living conditions. This process also contributes to the economic reintegration of the region and its transformation into a key hub of the Zangezur corridor.
