As a member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, I took part—together with youth organizations—in an info tour of small farms established for young people within the framework of the State Employment Agency’s self-employment program.

During the first 7 months of this year, the State Employment Agency:

• provided employment for 36.4 thousand young people,

• involved more than 4,000 young people in vocational training courses,

• delivered career guidance counseling services to 152,000 people.

In my view, supporting our youth, believing in their potential, and turning their creative ideas into reality is the strongest investment in our future! Overall, it can be said that the self-employment program is already becoming one of the key “brands” of our country’s social policy. This program gives thousands of young people the opportunity to start their own business, realize their skills, and gain economic independence.
